Dr. Megan M. Faircloth

Dr. Faircloth began her education at Ferris State University, continuing to achieve her Master’s Degree from Case Western Reserve University and ultimately her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan. She’s a lifelong learner, always diving into study clubs and continuing education to continually offer her patients the best care.

Her sweet spot? Working with young families and anyone who’s had a not-so-great dental experience in the past. She gets it—dental visits can be nerve-wracking. That’s why she focuses on creating an environment that feels welcoming, judgment-free, and yes, even fun. Think of it like catching up over coffee, just with better lighting and a little more floss.

Born and raised in a small town in northern Michigan, Dr. Faircloth grew up cherishing the strong sense of connection and community that comes with close-knit neighborhoods. She is happy to have found that here in her neighborhood of West Village.

When she’s not busy perfecting smiles, Dr. Faircloth is soaking up family time in Detroit with her fiancé Daniel, their curious little guy Walter, a new baby on the way (arriving this April!), and Tilly, their long-haired miniature dachshund with a big personality packed into tiny paws.

At Harbortown Dental, Dr. Faircloth isn’t just here for your teeth—she's here to build connections, ease dental anxieties, and maybe even change the way you feel about going to the dentist.
Spoiler alert: you might actually look forward to it.
